MD Solutions International (MDSI) was founded in 1996 in Seattle, Washington to provide medical management solutions for corporate Public Access Defibrillation Programs. Key business lines include physician oversight for remote clinical operations and worksite medical services, nurse case management of occupational injury and illness, medical bill review, adjusting and payment, and supporting clients who require DEA compliant controlled substance management for their clinical operations. Occupational health solutions include drug testing and medical review officer review, corporate influenza and vaccination programs, respirator questionnaire and post-offer medical screening surveys, and development of customized corporate medical delivery and risk-management solutions. MDSI’s professional leadership includes maritime, occupational and emergency physicians, emergency and cruise line executive level nursing, and senior leadership in emergency medical systems and firefighting.
